I like sharing positive when I can, and recently a friend shared that if you receive Medicare benefits, you are entitled to a no-cost gym membership through Medicare, honored by most gyms in our area! So, if you, your partner, your parents, or grandparents qualify, be sure to ask a gym you are interested in joining, or perhaps already belong to and now qualify for Medicare, if you can sign-up for this great offer. Hope this information is helpful to someone out there. My friend had success doing this and he has lost eight pounds in less than two months, and he feels much better. Thanks for reading.
