Anyone try using H2O2 in your garden? After years of dealing with mildew on my garden squash I found that hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), neem oil and dish soap is an effective solution. Like anything in the garden, you need to be pro-active, as in a stitch in time saves nine. I'm using a 8:1 solution of 6% H2O2 and water. Any mildew just bubbles away after a spray.
Tiny squash will wither on the vine if not pollinated. Lack of pollinators (bees) is solved by adding bee attacking flowers like bee balm to the garden. It was a bit late to add some bee balm this year so I took to make like a bee myself and used a Q-tip to move pollen from the male to the female flowers.
