The secret ingredient FUDGE!

Folk I know you all will think I flipped my cork, BUT please try this and I am sure you too will agree that this is one of if not the best fudge you have ever eaten!

1 cup (2 sticks) SALTED Butter
6 oz. unsweetened Baker Chocolate (1&1/2 Boxes) Broken up into chunks
32 oz. powder sugar
1&1/2 Cups chopped nuts (Your Choice) Walnuts, pecans, cashews etc.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Now the secret ingredient:
Don't laugh
12 oz. VELVEETA Cheese, cut into chunks.

Instructions
1. In a medium microwave safe container melt together the cheese, chocolate,and the Velveeta cheese in30 second intervals until all melted. Stir until well combined and smooth.

2. In a large bowl of your mixer empty all 32 oz of powdered sugar.

3. With your mixer running on mix add your melted chocolate mixture to the powdered sugar a little at a time until all mixed well. Now add your vanilla.

4. once everything is mixed well fold in the nuts with a spoon.

5. Line a 9X13 baking dish with foil or parchment paperand spray with non-stick spray. Pour all fudge into the pan and smooth the top.

6. Refridgerate for a minimum of 3 hours. Once firm, cut into 1 inch square pieces and enjoy!

Wow, this is something I need for the holidays. I already have the secret ingredient on my shopping list.

I Googled "VELVEETA FUDGE" and the pictures tell the story, this looks dangerously indulging.
